Applications for presentation will be accepted on the Internet. Make sure to include the purpose, method and results clearly in the abstract. Your application may be rejected if these items are not described clearly.
Since this convention will be held concurrently with an international academic conference, languages for the texts of abstracts and other items are specified as follows:

[Form of Presentation]
- An oral presentation will consist of a 7-minute speech and a 3-minute discussion. Oral presentations can be supported by projection using PowerPoint for Windows.
- For poster presentation, we will provide you with a panel board in 210 cm (L) x 90 cm (W). Affix a poster in 180 cm (L) x 90 cm (W) or smaller on the board.
Further details will be announced in the collection of abstracts and on the Convention website. We will inform you of the adoption of your presentation and other information at the e-mail address entered at the registration. For the adoption of presentations, please leave the selection to the program review committee.
[Award for Outstanding Posters]
Among poster displays, outstanding posters will be granted an award.
[Post-presentation Abstract Published in Academic Journals]
Post-presentation abstracts will also be registered via the Internet. The registration period will be from Tuesday, July 4 to Tuesday, August 1. We will announce the information on this website upon the start of the registration period. Your abstract must be described within 600 letters in English.
